"Brackets Order of Divide Multiply Add Subtract"

It's the order in which you carry out parts of an equation. E.g. in this equation:

a = 3 + 4 * 5

You find 4 * 5 first, because M comes before A in BODMAS. So the result is 23 and not 35, as it would be if you added 3 and 4 and multiplied the result (7) by 5.

9-8+7*2=15 Helloo! There is a need to change BODMAS to BODMSA, because of the top equation. Am I right?

The reality is that BODMAS is just a handy mnemonic. It indicates six levels of precendence whereas, as far as I can find out, there are actually only four. First brackets, then power of, but multiplication, division, addition and subtraction are actually different. Division and multiplication must come before addition and subtraction, however, when working with only multiplications and divisions, one works from left to right. The same with addition and subtraction, they are really both on the same level of precedence. This is why the subtraction in your equation is calculated before the addition.

I agree entirely with afternoon! I teach IT and have often had to explain my way over BODMAS because although it is an aide-memoire, people become confused by the constant insistance that addition comes before subtraction in every situation...it's blatantly wrong!
